    SJS's board meeting approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended Sept 30, 2025, with Q2 profit at ₹43.27 Cr and H1 profit at ₹77.89 Cr. The board also allotted 5.62 lakh ESOP equity shares, increasing paid-up capital to ₹31.95 Cr.
