Sammaan Capital reported a profit of ₹308 Cr for the quarter, a significant turnaround from last year's ₹2,761 Cr loss. Net worth increased to ₹22,373 Cr, with growth AUM reaching ~₹42,000 Cr. Total AUM saw a ₹1,000 Cr increase, despite a ₹9,000 Cr reduction in legacy loans. Net Interest Margin (NIM) stood at 5.5%.

The company announced a proposed ₹8,850 Cr preferential allotment to International Holding Company (IHC) via Avenir, for a 41.2% stake, with an open offer for an additional 26%. This deal has already reduced borrowing costs by 150-200 bps. Rating upgrades are anticipated post-transaction, potentially reducing the cost of funds by over 200 bps.

Management aims to increase annualized disbursals from ₹15,000 Cr to ₹35,000 Cr by FY27, expanding product lines beyond mortgages, and leveraging IHC's tech ecosystem for efficiency. Significant investment is planned for branches (targeting 500) and personnel. The legacy book rundown continues, with a further ₹7,000 Cr reduction expected this year. The company is redrawing its strategy with the new investor, focusing on growth and improved Return on Assets.
