Adani Enterprises (AEL) has incorporated a new subsidiary, Morsagar Bisalpur Water Limited (MBWL), with an initial subscribed capital of Rs 0.01 Cr. AEL will hold a 74% stake in MBWL. This strategic move deepens AEL's play in infrastructure, specifically water resource management. MBWL will focus on designing, developing, and operating the Mor Sagar Artificial Reservoir and its feeder system in Rajasthan under a Hybrid Annuity Model, enhancing AEL's portfolio with key water infrastructure projects.
