Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has signed a Technology Ownership Transfer (ToT) agreement, valued at approximately USD 150 million, with an Israel-based tech firm. This partnership aims to co-develop edgeAI chips for AIoT and industrial automation, focusing on hardware design and semiconductor manufacturing in India. BCSSL will gain complete ownership of the software stack and intellectual property. This five-year investment plan includes technology integration, product development, and manufacturing setup in India. The initiative supports India's "Aatma Nirbhar Bharat" vision, strengthening indigenous semiconductor capabilities and fulfilling existing projects like the USD 15 million collaboration with Byte Eclipse for Edge AI chips. This move positions BCSSL as a key player in India's semiconductor and AI hardware ecosystem.
