Adani Ports' board approved strong financial results for the quarter and half-year. Net Profit (equity holders) was ₹3,109.05 Cr for the quarter. They've also approved merging Adani Harbour Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary, and acquiring Abbot Point Port Holdings for AUD 3,975 million via share issue.
