IMFA's Board has announced:
* Acquisition of Tata Steel's Kalinganagar Ferro Alloys plant for ₹610 Cr + NWC, aimed at expanding capacity.
* Declaration of an interim dividend of ₹5 per share.
* Approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year ending Sept 30, 2025, with consolidated Q2 profit at ₹97.56 Cr on ₹718.65 Cr revenue.
