Following the finalization of the allotment basis, the company has allotted 2.48 crore fully paid-up Rights Equity Shares at ₹10 each. The total value of the issue amounted to ₹24.81 crore. Eligible shareholders were allotted over 2.43 crore shares, with renouncees receiving 4.58 lakh shares.
