Bansal Wire Industries reported robust Q2 and H1 FY26 financial results, driven by operational excellence. Q2 revenue grew 27.9% YoY to 1,055.4 Cr, and H1 revenue increased 21.4% YoY to 1,994.41 Cr. EBITDA rose 19.8% YoY to 81.58 Cr in Q2 and 19.7% YoY to 156.04 Cr for H1, with Q2 sales volume up 45.8% YoY.
Aiming for a self-sustaining growth model, Bansal Wire targets 25%+ ROCE by FY27 and over 600 Cr positive operating cash flows in FY26-27, focusing on de-commoditizing its product portfolio with specialized wires.
The company launched 'Induction Hardened and Tempered (IHT) Wire' (9,000-tonne capacity) for automotive springs, expecting revenue contribution in FY26. The first phase of Dadri expansion (60 kt) is fully commissioned, adding to 360 kt capacity in H1 FY26. An additional 150 Cr investment is planned for a 90,000-tonne steel wire capacity in Sanand, Gujarat, by Dec 2027.
Q2 PAT was 38.32 Cr (+4.3% YoY), and H1 PAT was 77.6 Cr (+8.4% YoY). RoE for H1 FY26 stood at 11.87%, and RoCE at 14.64%.
Management anticipates 35% growth in volume and 20% growth in EBITDA for the current fiscal year, leveraging strong demand.
