Vijaya Diagnostic Board approved Q2/H1 financial results. It sanctioned Medinova Diagnostic's amalgamation, effective now. Shareholders get 1 Vijaya share (₹1 FV) for 22 Medinova shares (₹10 FV). Authorized capital increased to ₹23.05 Cr, and Medinova Millennium MRI Services LLP became a wholly-owned subsidiary.
