Adani Enterprises' Board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30. Consolidated net profit for the quarter was ₹3,414 Cr, and ₹4,391 Cr for the half-year. The Board also gave a green light to a rights issue of up to ₹25,000 Cr.
