Vijaya Diagnostic board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Medinova amalgamation scheme is now effective, increasing authorized share capital to ₹23.05 Cr. Medinova Millennium MRI Services LLP becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary. Share exchange ratio is 1:22.
