Adani Enterprises Limited — Board Meeting, 04-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Adani Enterprises' board has approved its Q2 & H1 financial results. The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹3,414.43 Cr for the quarter and ₹4,390.91 Cr for the half-year. The board also cleared a rights issue of partly paid equity shares to raise up to ₹25,000 Cr.
