Nitin Spinners Limited — PPTs, 04-11-2025: Investor Presentation
Nitin Spinners' Q2 revenue dipped 7.6% YoY to Rs 760.1 Cr; PAT fell 17.5% to Rs 34.8 Cr (EPS Rs 6.19). H1 revenue was Rs 1,553.4 Cr (-4.4% YoY), PAT Rs 75.8 Cr (-10.1% YoY), reflecting a challenging period. Yarn remained the main segment (73.1% Q2 revenue), with exports contributing 61% to sales.
To counter this, the company is investing Rs 1,120 Cr in capacity expansion by FY27e, boosting spinning by 20% and weaving/finishing fabrics by 88%. A strategic move involves utilizing 60% of new yarn production in-house for fabrics to improve margins. They're also adding 11MW solar and 18MW hybrid power for cost savings and sustainability. Management anticipates a stronger H2, expecting tailwinds from trade deals and cotton import duty changes. The focus is on optimizing product mix and diversifying into higher-margin finished woven fabrics for future growth.
