Firstsource Solutions posted Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹2,312.2 Cr & PAT of ₹179.5 Cr. The Board approved a strategic investment in Applied AI and the merger of two wholly-owned subsidiaries to simplify structure. Ms. Jagriti Bhattacharya was appointed as EVP & General Counsel.
