Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Limited — JV/Acquisition, 04-11-2025: Demerger

Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products' board has approved demerging its Agri Division into a new entity, Jubilant Agri Solutions Ltd. (JASL). This move aims for focused operations, unlocking value, and greater financial flexibility for both the remaining Performance Polymers & Chemicals business and the new Agri entity. For every share held in Jubilant Agri, shareholders will receive one share of JASL, which will be separately listed. The Agri division generated ₹456.8 Cr turnover in FY25, representing 29.65% of total standalone turnover. This split seeks to boost long-term shareholder value by allowing each business to pursue independent growth strategies.
