Chambal Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited has informed the Exchange about change in Management- Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, we have to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. November 4, 2025, upon recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, has approved re-appointment/extension of service tenure of Mr. Anuj Jain as Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) w.e.f. January 1, 2026, upto December 31, 2026.
