Kritika Wires has announced the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended Sept 30, 2025. For the quarter, revenue hit ₹179.63 Cr with a profit of ₹1.12 Cr (EPS ₹0.04). Half-year revenue was ₹358.00 Cr, profit ₹2.51 Cr (EPS ₹0.09). A ₹2.50 Cr provision was made for disputed entry tax.
