Asset quality remained stable, with Gross NPA improving to 2.70% and Net NPA at 1.38%, despite regional floods. Net Interest Margin (NIM) was 4.04%, with management expecting improvements in H2 FY26 and FY27 from deposit repricing. The bank targets over 20% advance growth for FY26 and plans to double its book by FY29, expanding outside Punjab and exploring partnership-led secured lending. Management is confident in sustained growth and profitability.
