Antariksh Industries announced a significant change in its promoter group. Mrs. Gitaben Nitinbhai Patel has completed the acquisition of 1,03,400 equity shares, representing 51.70% of the company's equity capital, from the previous promoters. This acquisition gives her sole control and establishes her as the new promoter. Consequently, the erstwhile promoters no longer hold any equity shares and cease to be part of the promoter group. Mrs. Patel's total shareholding in the company now stands at 1,50,599 equity shares, accounting for 75.30% of the total equity, consolidating her majority ownership and signaling a complete shift in leadership.
