Antariksh Industries Ltd — Important, 04-11-2025: Company Update

Antariksh Industries' board has approved significant leadership changes. Managing Director Mr. Bhagwanji Patel and Executive Director & CFO Mr. Utkarsh Goyal resigned due to a change in promoter control. Two independent directors also stepped down. The company appointed Mrs. Ekta Haryani as the new Managing Director and Mr. Nilesh Kothari as a Non-Executive Director. Three new independent directors, Mr. Hardikkumar Jetani, Mr. Harinarayan Tripathi, and Mr. Jigar Jain, were also appointed. Furthermore, Mr. Ankur Patel became the new CFO and Ms. Namrata Jain the Company Secretary. M/s. R S Rajpurohit & Co. was appointed as Secretarial Auditors. This complete overhaul of top management and governance marks a new phase for the company.
