Antariksh Industries Ltd — Important, 04-11-2025: Company Update

Antariksh Industries has announced a major leadership overhaul. Following a change in company control, the Managing Director, Mr. Bhagwanji Narsi Patel, and Executive Director & CFO, Mr. Utkarsh Goyal, have resigned. Two independent directors also stepped down due to other professional commitments. The company has appointed Mrs. Ekta Shyamlal Haryani as the new Managing Director. Mr. Ankur Vasudevbhai Patel is the new CFO, and Ms. Namrata Sureshkumar Jain is the new Company Secretary. Additionally, three new independent directors and one non-executive director have been appointed. M/s. R S Rajpurohit & Co. will serve as Secretarial Auditors for FY2025-26.
