Antariksh Industries Ltd — Important, 04-11-2025: Company Update

Antariksh Industries announced extensive leadership changes. Executive Directors (MD and CFO) resigned due to a change in company control, and two Independent Directors also stepped down. The Board appointed Mrs. Ekta Shyamlal Haryani as the new Managing Director, along with four other directors (including three Independent Directors), subject to shareholder approval. The Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary roles also saw new appointments. M/s. R S Rajpurohit & Co. were approved as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2025-26.
