Antariksh Industries has announced significant changes to its Board and Key Managerial Personnel. The company's Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer resigned due to a transfer of shareholding, signaling a change in company control. Two Independent Directors also stepped down. Following these changes, Mrs. Ekta Shyamlal Haryani was appointed as the new Managing Director, alongside four other directors.
