Earthstahl & Alloys Ltd — Important, 04-11-2025: Company Update

Earthstahl & Alloys' promoter group has completed an internal amalgamation where Jaiguru Vintrade Pvt. Ltd. (JVPL) merged into Chhattisgarh Metaliks & Alloys Pvt. Ltd. (CMAPL). Both are entities within the promoter group. Following this, Earthstahl shares previously held by JVPL are now consolidated under CMAPL, and JVPL will cease to exist. For shareholders, it's key to note that the total promoter and promoter group holding in Earthstahl & Alloys will remain unchanged at 73.53%. Earthstahl itself was not a direct party to this internal restructuring, ensuring stability in its overall promoter shareholding percentage.
