Antariksh Industries has announced significant leadership changes following a shift in control due to a shareholding transfer. Executive Directors Mr. Bhagwanji Narsi Patel (MD) and Mr. Utkarsh Goyal (CFO), along with two Independent Directors, have resigned. The company has since appointed five new directors, including Mrs. Ekta Shyamlal Haryani as the new Managing Director. Mr. Ankur Vasudevbhai Patel takes over as Chief Financial Officer, and Ms. Namrata Sureshkumar Jain as Company Secretary. R S Rajpurohit & Co. has also been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for the financial year 2025-26.
