DESCO INFRATECH LIMITED has announced changes to the composition of its Stakeholder Relationship Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Yash Gurnani has been appointed as the new Chairperson of the Stakeholder Relationship Committee, taking over from Mr. Mahendra Gusain. Mr. Gurnani will also join the Nomination and Remuneration Committee as a new Member, replacing Mr. Gusain in that committee as well.
