B-Right Realestate's step-down subsidiary, B-Right RMBD Realtors Private Limited, has signed a Development Agreement with United Commercial Bank Employees Co-Operative Housing Society Limited. This agreement aims to restart and complete a housing redevelopment project in Andheri West that was stalled for over a decade, providing relief to 33 families. The project involves a property area of approximately 2,260 sq. mtrs. and has an estimated Gross Development Value/Revenue of Rs. 256 Crore. This move is significant for urban housing infrastructure and stakeholder confidence.
