Antariksh Industries Ltd — Important, 04-11-2025: Company Update

Antariksh Industries' Board has approved a significant leadership overhaul. The Managing Director, Mr. Bhagwanji Narsi Patel, and CFO, Mr. Utkarsh Goyal, resigned due to a change in company control, along with two independent directors. Mrs. Ekta Shyamlal Haryani was appointed as the new Managing Director, Mr. Ankur Vasudevbhai Patel as CFO, and Ms. Namrata Sureshkumar Jain as Company Secretary. Five new directors, including three independent directors, also joined the Board. These director appointments are subject to shareholder approval, marking a major transition. M/s. R S Rajpurohit & Co. was also appointed as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2025-26.
