Allied Blenders and Distillers (ABDL) has approved the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Deccan Star Distilleries and Sarthak Blenders & Bottlers, into itself. This move aims to simplify the group structure, reduce operational costs, and improve administrative efficiency.
