    Gayatri Projects' board approved its FY23 consolidated results, reporting a ₹1,504 Cr loss. Crucially, the NCLT approved a One-Time Settlement (OTS) with lenders, ending CIRP. Management is now back, with ₹215.74 Cr already paid under the OTS.
