Apollo Micro Systems Limited — PPTs, 04-11-2025: Investor Presentation
Apollo Micro Systems delivered strong Q2FY26 results, with revenue up 40% YoY to ₹225.26 Cr and PAT soaring 91% to ₹30.03 Cr. Half-year performance was equally impressive, with revenue climbing 42% to ₹358.85 Cr and PAT jumping 97% to ₹47.71 Cr. The company's focus on high-performance, mission-critical solutions for the defence sector, especially in weapon electronic systems, continues to drive growth.
A significant strategic development was the acquisition of IDL Explosives for ₹107 Cr, enabling vertical integration and moving the company closer to becoming a fully integrated Tier-1 defence OEM. Capacity expansion is also underway with Unit-III and the Integrated Plant for Ingenious Defence Systems (lPiDS), backed by a planned CAPEX of ₹250 Cr.
Management projects revenue to grow at a 45-50% CAGR over the next two years, excluding the acquisition's contribution. This outlook is supported by a healthy order book of ₹785 Cr and an accelerated demand for indigenous defence solutions, spurred by the 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' initiative and ongoing geopolitical events. The company remains committed to R&D, allocating ₹100 Cr for FY26.
