    Aegis Logistics Limited — Important, 05-11-2025: Agreements

    Aegis Logistics will construct a 77,286 MT LPG storage, 318,100 cbm liquid storage, and LPG Bottling Plant (J2 Project) at JNPA. Associate Aegis Vopak Terminals (AVTL) will acquire this project, paying Aegis Logistics ₹502.50 Cr for the Framework Agreement. This deal expands AVTL's capacity.
