    Bharat Seats' board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q2 Profit was ₹9.90 Cr, with H1 Profit at ₹19.08 Cr. Mr. Bhaskar Kumar was also appointed as Senior Management Personnel (AVP-Purchase & SCM).
