Shiva Texyarn's board has announced a meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended Sept 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue hit ₹105.05 Cr for Q2 and ₹181.24 Cr for H1. Net profit was ₹5.82 Cr for Q2 and ₹8.27 Cr for H1.
