Deepak Fertilisers reported solid H1 FY26 consolidated revenue growth of 13% to ₹5,665 Cr, with net profit up 11% to ₹458 Cr. Q2 revenue increased 9% YoY to ₹3,006 Cr, but net profit remained flat at ₹214 Cr. Q2 EBITDA saw a 6% sequential dip to ₹464 Cr as the Chemicals segment (IPA, Ammonia) faced global headwinds and price volatility, though the Fertiliser and TAN businesses delivered robust performance.

The company is strategically shifting towards specialty products, which now constitute 28% of its Crop Nutrition Business revenue, with Croptek volumes surging 54% YoY. Key expansion projects for Technical Ammonium Nitrate (Gopalpur, 87% complete) and Nitric Acid (Dahej, 70% complete) are on track for commissioning by FY26 end. Deepak Fertilisers also fully acquired its Australian subsidiary, Platinum Blasting Services, strengthening its mining solutions footprint. H1 EBITDA rose 2% YoY to ₹977 Cr, and net debt increased by only ₹97 Cr to ₹3,402 Cr despite significant capex, maintaining a healthy net debt to EBITDA ratio of 1.74x. Management expects a strong Rabi season for fertilisers.
