Strategic moves include the acquisition of Sphere Refrigeration Systems' Bus Air-Conditioning division, strengthening KRN’s transport cooling segment. Its subsidiary, KRN HVAC Products, also commenced production at the new Neemrana plant. CRISIL assigned an A– rating with a Stable Outlook, reflecting strong credit profile.
