SEMAC's board approved Q2 & H1 financials. Q2 revenue was ₹57.21 Cr (₹0.01 Cr loss), while H1 revenue hit ₹108.88 Cr (₹1.04 Cr profit). Strategically, Semac Construction Technologies India Pvt Ltd became a wholly-owned subsidiary via acquisition, with a merger plan submitted to NCLT.
