Astral Ltd.'s board approved Q2/H1 financial results. Q2 consolidated revenue hit ₹1,577.4 Cr, net profit ₹134.8 Cr. An interim dividend of ₹1.50/share was declared. The company also completed acquisitions of Al-Aziz, Seal IT, and Astral Coatings, making them wholly-owned subsidiaries.
