The company added 11,000 associates, pushing total headcount to 362,000. Specialized Staffing was a standout, growing revenue by 34% and adding 320 net new hires, largely from GCC clients. Impressively, the HR Services segment achieved EBITDA breakeven thanks to EdTech billing.

The core strategy focuses on expanding its workforce, especially through Degree Apprenticeship programs, which added 3,000 trainees this quarter. TeamLease also secured 140 new clients and maintains a solid free cash balance of ₹320 Cr. Management aims to become India's largest private sector employer and the world's largest staffing company by headcount, prioritizing growth and absolute profit expansion. Q2FY26 EPS stood at ₹16.
