United Spirits (USL) is conducting a strategic review of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Royal Challengers Sports (RCSPL), owner of the RCB cricket teams. USL deems RCSPL non-core to its alcobev business, seeking to unlock long-term value. This process is expected to conclude by March 2026.
