    MTAR Technologies announced its Q2 & H1 financial results. Consolidated revenue for Q2 stood at ₹135.59 Cr with profit at ₹4.25 Cr. For H1, revenue was ₹292.18 Cr and profit ₹15.06 Cr. The board also approved merging two wholly-owned subsidiaries for a simplified structure.
