    MTAR Technologies' board approved Q2 & H1 FY26 consolidated results. Q2 revenue hit ₹135.59 Cr, net profit ₹4.25 Cr. H1 revenue reached ₹292.18 Cr, net profit ₹15.06 Cr. A merger of two wholly-owned subsidiaries was also approved for streamlined operations.
