The company's board has approved several strategic property moves. In Chennai, it surrendered 5123 sq. feet for road widening to gain Development Rights and entered a revenue-sharing agreement with Kamatchi Express for a new drive-in restaurant, expecting 10% of earnings or Rs 6 lakh monthly. The company also spent Rs 2.7 Cr on infrastructure and Rs 5.13 Cr for Open Space Reservation to retain 3107.79 sq. feet of land, which management believes is beneficial. Separately, the board plans an open bidding process to sell a 4.58-acre vacant land parcel in Bangalore for maximizing value.
