    The Investment Trust of India's board approved Q2 & H1 consolidated net profit of ₹5.61 Cr and ₹15.82 Cr respectively. They also extended ESOP 2017 to subsidiary staff (30 lakh shares, pending shareholder approval) and approved redemption of 10,050 preference shares.
