    CMS Info Systems' Board approved Q2 & H1 FY26 consolidated results. Q2 revenue ₹609 Cr (-3% YoY), PAT ₹73.3 Cr (-19% YoY). The company completed the Securens acquisition & secured ₹500 Cr new orders in Q2. H2 margin recovery is expected.
