SIS Ltd. reported strong Q2 FY26 consolidated financials: Revenue up 15% YoY to ₹3,759 Cr, EBITDA up 16.2% to ₹168 Cr, and Operating PAT surged 35.1% to ₹93 Cr. The company acquired a 51% stake in A P Securitas and invested ₹4.5 Cr in Wiffy Tech. Net debt reduced by ₹194 Cr to ₹663 Cr.
