The Investment Trust of India's board has approved Q2 & H1 consolidated results for Sep 30, 2025. Net profit was ₹5.61 Cr for the quarter & ₹15.82 Cr for the half-year. Also, approved extending ESOP 2017 to subsidiary employees, covering 30 lakh shares (pending shareholder nod).
