    NDR Auto Components' board approved Q2 & H1 financial results. The company greenlit two new manufacturing projects: Seat Belt Reminder Systems (₹7.43 Cr investment) with Fujikura, and seating latches (₹17.43 Cr) with Fisher Dynamics. Also invested ₹3 Cr in its safety systems subsidiary.
