NDR Auto Components reported strong Q2/H1 profit growth (~20%+). The board approved new manufacturing projects: Seat Belt Reminder Systems (Rs 7.43 Cr) and Seating Latches (Rs 17.43 Cr) through technical tie-ups. Additionally, Rs 3 Cr is being invested in a subsidiary for a seat insert fabric project.
