State Bank of India — Important, 06-11-2025: Disclosure of material issue

State Bank of India's Executive Committee has approved the sale of 3,20,60,000 equity shares, representing a 6.3007% stake, in SBI Funds Management Limited. This divestment will be conducted through an Initial Public Offering (IPO), subject to all necessary regulatory approvals. This move is expected to unlock value for SBI and will bring SBI Funds Management to the public market.
